While attending Politicon members of the media team Unite America First were assaulted and thrown out over a misunderstanding of the code of conduct rules for the event. Will Johnson, Ben Berquam, Harim Uziel, and cameraman Josh, were kicked out over a clash with an MSNBC sycophant. The misunderstanding was on the part of Politicon and the democrats attending it, alleging harassment when there was no incident.
Politicon is known for bringing together political figures from across all the aisles to discuss politics in a fair and balanced way. Hosting controversial figures as Ann Coulter, Kathy Griffith, and this year, a fat baby Trump.
During the event, the four journalists, were approached by some woman crying about Will’s approach of Michael Avenetti, the lawyer to porn star who extorted money from President Donald Trump. She was claiming Will put the microphone in the face of Michael Avenetti, however video evidence claims otherwise.
Avenetti, when confronted with the question of “How do you like to be a mob boss?” was smiling while in front of the camera, and continued the interview. Avenetti leaned into answer the questions from Will and crew, however, Avenetti security detail decided to pull him away, while Avenetti decried, “Isn’t it your president, the scum bag who decided to cheat on his wife while four month old son?” He went on to scream, “If I run against your president in 2020, I’m going to kick his ass.”
Video footage of Avenetti, shows him leaning in to the Journalistic crew, being held back by his security guards, to prevent Avenetti from exhibiting a more violent posture.
Afterwards, the crew of Unite America First were escorted out of the building. A review of Politicon anti-harassment policy, includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, national origin, religion, age, marital status, military status, or any other status protected by law; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; display of offensive signs, gestures, tee-shirts, symbols, etc. Attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
To make matters worse, the left, touting tolerance and non-discrimination based on heritage, has openly advocated for harassment of a staunch Republican man of a diverse ethnic origin.
RHM is not an expert on anti-harassment policy, however according to their own words, deliberate intimidation, as in the posturing of Avenetti would be a clear indication that he was violating the rules, of Politicon, by his offensive gesturing, clearly trying to deliberately intimidate United America First crew.
