The Media War on Trump

Today more than 350 different news outlets are publishing editorials that denounce President Trump’s war on “Fake News”.  As organized by the Boston Globe, these publications are pushing a coordinated effort to denounce the Presidents, “Dirty War against the Free Press”.

The mainstream media outlets have even made speculations that their journalists would be faced with acts of violence because of President Trump’s accusations against the media outlets who continue to write divisive articles about the Trump administration. Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein told the Guardian that, “Trump’s comments are “very close to incitement to violence”.

The Main Stream Media has gone on to say, “It is not the press’s job to save the United States from Mr. Trump. It is the press’s job to report, delve, analyze and scrutinize as best it can and without fear,”

An examination of some of the claims the Main Stream Media have made that have proven upon their superiority of analyzing, delving, and scrutinization of the President and his policies have revealed:

The media have in fact fabricated the news, in 1993, Dateline NBC rigged a truck to explode. The reporters wanted to demonstrate that gas could leak from the truck’s fuel tank and cause a dangerous fire after a crash, so they rigged it with explosives.

The issued this apology: “We deeply regret we included the inappropriate demonstration in our ‘Dateline’ report. We apologize to our viewers and to General Motors. We have also concluded that unscientific demonstrations should have no place in hard news stories at NBC. That’s our new policy,” the statement declared, leading viewers with some unresolved questions about why it wasn’t their old policy, too.

Stories specifically involving President Trump were awarded by Trump and his “Fake News Awards.”

One such Claim was that The New York Times’ Paul Krugman claimed on the day of President Trump’s historic, landslide victory that the economy would never recover.

In yet another claim, that sent the stock market tumbling was a report from Brian Ross, who had not only bumbled the Russian collusion story, but also a report accusing a member of the Tea Party for crimes.  When he didn’t bother to fact check his story.

CNN disregarded their timeline of the Wikileaks leak of the Clinton Podesta Emails and inaccurately reported that Donald Trump and his son had a sneak peek into the Wikileaks leaks.

Time Magazine reported Trump had removed the bust of Martin Luther King Jr. from the Oval office.

The Washington Post reported that a Trump rally in Pensacola Florida was empty.  The rally was sold out and photographs taken to prove the Post point were taken prior to the beginning of the rally.

CNN even went to the lengths to edit a video, and do an editorial on Trump dumping fish food when he met with the Prime Minister of Japan.

In one final example, Fox aired an interview with Kristina Pierson where he tried to get her to admit the President use of the “N” word.

These are just a few of the mainstream media poor examples of inaccurate journalism, while they claim to be fair, balanced, and truthful.
