(WARNING: This post about parodying baby rape will be difficult for you to read, as it was difficult as well as challenging for me to write. If you don’t want to proceed reading this post, believe you me, I wouldn’t blame you. But if you do bypass it, scroll to the bottom of this post, click on Adult Swim, as well as the link of Cartoon Network’s contact information, and copy the statement I sent them a few minutes ago. Thank you. Okay, [deep exhale], let’s proceed.)
This is a screenshot of Dan Harmon in a 2009 skit which he pretends to rape a baby.
In this screenshot Harmon had just climbed through a window. He’s about to unzip his pants. Harmon tip toes to the room where the baby doll is asleep on the bed. He then pretends that he’s raping a real baby.
According to his Wikipedia page Harmon is currently a writer, producer and actor. But before this supposedly comedic skit surfaced in which he acted out a rape using a baby doll as a prop, Harmon created and produced the NBC sitcom “Community.” He also co-created the adult-oriented cartoon titled Adult Swim, co-created an American adult animated science fiction sitcom titled “Rick and Morty,” and co-founded the alternative television network/website Channel 101.
WARNING: Again, this three minute and 14-second vile video, which was posted by BlackpilledDotCom, is difficult to watch. I considered not even reporting about it, much less sharing the video link.
But pedophiles, suspected pedophiles, those who laugh at and/or defend pedophilia —some who want this to be a sexual preference are labeling it as pedosexuality— must be exposed.
In this skit Harmon is a physician, who prescribed medication to his male patient.
“Alright it’s bed time,” the male patient is heard tenderly telling the baby doll as he is shown putting the prop to bed.
In the background the camera shows Harmon, crawling through the window of his male patients house. Harmon’s voice is heard thanking his male patient “for being such a good patient, and for taking all the sleeping pills I prescribed…
“…So that later tonight when I’m crawling in your window, I can count on you to sleep like a baby, while I do everything but sleep with yours,” said Harmon, as he unzipped his pants.
Harmon pulled his pants down. At this point BlackpilledDotCom thankfully blurs Harmon’s buttocks. But the viewer sees Harmon get atop the baby doll and thrusts himself on it. The viewer also hears an actual baby crying.
While the optics are vile, graphic, and disturbing, the audio is worse because the real baby’s crying is timed to coincide with Harmon performing a sex act on the baby doll.
And while the viewer can tell that it’s not a human baby but a baby doll, I wonder where did Harmon procure the baby crying audio, how did he produce that audio, and was a real baby sexually victimized when he produced that video?
Quite naturally we will probably know the answer to those questions.
Essentially, in this skit as well as the rest of the short video that follows it, Harmon is parodying a sex crime against a baby, and this is considered comedy!
But parodying and joking and laughing about pedophilia is how those who produce TV shows and movies are trying to normalize it.
Here are two other examples:
Example 1: “Guardians of the Galaxy” director James Gunn was fired from the forthcoming third film in the franchise after tweets resurfaced from several years ago in which he made jokes about pedophilia and molestation, CNN reported on July 24, 2018.
Example 2: On the same day of that CNN report, I happened to post on my Facebook page an article I wrote about Dwayne Douglas Johnson, who laughed at child molestation, in addition to joking about cannibalism and poking fun at hailing Satan.
(I’ve posted a link of the CNN article and the link of my Johnson post under Sources.)
In July 2018, Harmon deleted his Twitter account after this 2009 video, titled “Daryl,” which was intended to be parody of the Dexter TV series, surfaced.
Harmon later apologized for the video. Adult Swim released a statement criticizing the video while noting Harmon’s apology. (See July 23, 2018 Variety article under Sources.
(Oh, the second screenshot is a picture of what Harmon looks like today, and it was published in that Variety article).
Even though Adult Swim pushes the envelope when providing adult-oriented cartoons, it goes without saying to a vast majority of us that Harmon crossed the line. They should have fired him!
If you concur with me and want to do something about it, I embedded the links of Adult Swim, as well as the link of Cartoon Network’s contact information.
Earlier today, I emailed a statement to both the Adult Swim and the Cartoon Network. Feel free to copy my statement, which I posted after the last source, if you so desire.
Thank you, Everyone!

Ronald F Owens Jr.’s Statement
To Whom It May Concern: Please fire Dan Harmon for pretending to rape a baby in a 2009 skit. While the optics are vile, graphic, and disturbing, the audio is worse because the real baby’s crying is timed to coincide with Harmon performing a sex act on the baby doll. And while the viewer can tell that it’s not a human baby but a baby doll, one has to ask where did Harmon procure the baby crying audio, how did he produce that audio, and was a real baby victimized when he produced that video. Thank you for your time.
